Reporting to: Group Chief Executive Officer

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

An opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Personal Assistant to join the rapidly expanding team within HarperCo supporting the Group Chief Executive.

The Purpose of this role is to :

Provide comprehensive executive and administrative support to the Group Chief Executive Officer and Executive Team, including planning and organising activities or programmes at a strategic level, providing support to projects and communicating/liaising with senior executives within other organisations. Duties will include diary management, organisation of team meetings, document management and all round office support for the executive team.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Diary management of Chief Executive Officer

·         Arranging internal & external meetings

·         Answering incoming telephone calls

·         Expenses

·         Archiving

·         Opening & distributing post

·         Booking couriers

·         Meet and greet visitors

·         General ad-hoc admin tasks

Skills and experience required:

·         Great communication skills & attention to detail

·         Be able to work on your own initiative and be pro-active

·         Have strong IT skills

·         Be able to prioritise workload

·         Experience in administration
